Kim: "The fans, the track staff and the club deserved a victory!"

Leicester Lions - Rye House Rockets: 44 - 46

Early meeting this Monday in Leicester - 2pm because of a holiday called "Bank Holiday". The pre-condition was tough, it rained alot in Leicester the night before the meeting.

– It was a tough task for the track staff to fix the track to a condition that was possible to ride on. They worked their asses off and made a really good job!

– It is a shame that we didn't manage to win this meeting. We had the lead a long time in the meeting. The fans, the track staff and the club deserved a victory!

About his own performance with 12+1 points:

– I'm happy with my own performance. I'm also happy that I managed to win heat 15 in rain and from the most difficult gate this meeting, gate 4.
